Gym, Classes, Aqua - We are big believers in doing what you enjoy.

Exercise for your mind… and if your body follows, that is a bonus!

Exercise should be engaging, and for everyone. This makes the Fort Fitness community really feel special. We are not a "social media gym". No posers please! ;-)

By popular demand, we have expanded to have a separate Fort Gym packed with top-quality Precor and Origin commercial equipment and a separate Fort Mix Studio for most of our classes. The pool is right next door to the gym and studio for our Aqua sessions.

Can I try the gym and classes before I commit to a monthly membership?

Of course! We have a free pay as you go membership that will give you access to single session credits for classes, and blocks of 10 and 20 sessions that are valid for a year from the date of purchase. After you sign up to a free pay as you go membership, find these session credits in our online shop. If you was to try the gym, you can find a 1-day Gym Pass in memberships. Try away!

What is your membership cancellation policy?

Let us know you want to cancel your membership with a minimum 14 days notice before the month ends. If you are simply travelling or having some time out, please consider 'freezing' your membership instead. This means you will keep your membership in the background, but payments will not be taken until reinstated.

How do I cancel my class booking?

If you just want to cancel your booking for a class, please do it as soon as possible through your member app. We have small groups for the best class experience and sometimes have waiting lists. If your plans change or you feel unwell, please give 24 hours notice, or as much notice as possible.

Are you run by Whitsand Bay Fort?

No, we are a separate family run local business located at Whitsand Bay Fort holiday park. We have partnership with Whitsand Bay Fort to use the space including the pool for our fabulous Aqua classes. The pool, changing rooms, showers, parking and all other areas are the responsibility of Whitsand Bay Fort.

Do you have personal trainers I can use?

We have a small number of Gym Instructors and Personal Trainers/Coaches that we recommend and have checked their experience, qualifications, and insurance. You can book directly through them. Their terms and conditions, including prices, are separate from Fort Fitness.

I am on holiday - can I use the gym and come to classes?

Of course! We welcome all to Fort Fitness. If you are staying on-site in a lodge, touring, or holidaying in the area please email ask@tmtfortfitness.com to gain a promotional code for special access for 3, 7, or 14 days.
